<hi style=afpcap>The F-94 was a natural progression of the F-80 Shooting Star which was epitomised as an all-weather radar equipped interceptor. Shown is an F-94C which was the final production version with an uprated engine and a redesigned wing. The version was fitted with a Hughes fire control system, and a unique nose design with 24 2.75 inch Mighty Mouse rockets housed in a ring around the radome faired in by a retractable shield. </hi>
